Areas of Expertise: Bioinformatics, especially focusing on gene expression analysis as well as multi omics data ayalysis
Brief Introduction: Dr Y-h. Taguchi obtained his PhD in the theory of statistical mechanics of spin systems, from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1988. In the same year, he started his academic career as Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. In 1997, he joined the Department of Physics at Chuo University, Tokyo, where he became Full Professor in 2006. Dr Taguchi's most recent research interest revolves around the development of tensor decomposition methods applied to bioinformatics, particularly in relation to proteomics and gene expression patterns. Dr Taguchi has published a monograph and several peer-reviewed publications. As an outstanding scientist in his field, Dr Taguchki has received numerous prestigious honours and awards for his contributions to bioinformatics.
Areas of Expertise: Computational design, optimization and simulation of 3D printed ankle-foot orthosis (AFO)
Areas of Expertise: Deep learning, causal learning,Tumor targeted gene screening and personalized prediction of adverse drug reactions
CBBS 2023 is soliciting original submissions on a wide range of Computational Biology and Biomedical Science, spanning both theoretical and practical research.
During the submission process, make sure to select one type of submissions from the following 2 options.
Submission Type | Description and Details |
---|---|
Full paper submission |
Full paper submissions should be prepared in English (DOC) and formatted according to the formatting instructions in the paper template. Primary screening and peer review will be made. Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in CBBS 2023 conference proceedings. For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. Authors of all accepted papers must prepare a final version for publication, a poster presentation or a short video/live oral presentation. |
Abstract submission | Abstract submissions should be prepared in English (DOC or PDF), including Title, Authors, Affiliation(s), Abstract and Keywords. Once approved by the conference committee, the extended abstract can be presented at the conference, but NOT published in proceedings. |
Prospective authors are advised to submit full paper/abstract via the Online Submission System. In case of a failure in use of the system, please directly send an email to info@iccbbs.org, indicating telephone number and Submission Type.
