INTRODUCTION

In the 21st century, new energy materials and devices are urgently demanded, as they are the key and foundation to realize the transformation and utilization of new energy in the face of aggravating energy and environmental problems. Indeed, a lot of progress in new energy materials has been made, such as optoelectronic materials, bioenergy, and wind power.

Focusing on recent and appealing novel materials for optoelectronics, International Conference on New Energy and Optoelectronic Materials (NEOM) aims to provide an opportunity for physicists, chemists, engineers, biologists, and other specialists on an international platform to communicate in a team and to interact, facing and solving new scientific and technological challenges, and to inspire more advanced ideas.

NEOM welcomes research from all energy materials related areas– whether applied, experimental or theoretical and showcases high quality keynote speeches, invited talks, oral and poster presentations of refereed papers. All paper submissions will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 independent reviewers based on research novelty, technical excellence, or unique applications in the real world.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

NEOM 2023 is soliciting original submissions on a wide range of new energy materials topics, spanning both theoretical and practical research.

Types of Submissions

During the submission process, make sure to select one type of submissions from the following 2 options.

Submission Type	Description and Details
Full paper submission	Full paper submissions should be prepared in English (DOC) and formatted according to the formatting instructions in the paper template. Primary screening and peer review will be made. Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in NEOM 2023 conference proceedings. For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. Authors of all accepted papers must prepare a final version for publication, a poster presentation or a short video/live oral presentation.
Abstract submission	Abstract submissions should be prepared in English (DOC or PDF), including Title, Authors, Affiliation(s), Abstract and Keywords. Once approved by the conference committee, the extended abstract can be presented at the conference, but NOT published in proceedings.

Abstract submissions should be prepared in English (DOC or PDF), including Title, Authors, Affiliation(s), Abstract and Keywords. Once approved by the conference committee, the extended abstract can be presented at the conference, but NOT published in proceedings.

Submission Methods and Workflow

Submit full paper/abstract to info@icneom.org for preliminary screening, along with your full name, affiliation, telephone (in the Chinese Mainland) or alternate mailbox (out of the Chinese Mainland). We will reply you in 1-2 working days.
For suitable submission authors, we will guide you to the online submission and reviewing system of the publisher for double peer review process. The whole review process may take about 1 month, including first-round comments, authors' modification, further comments and acceptance.
The status "Pending" means your paper is waiting for reviewers or under review with reviewers and you need to wait. Please contact info@icneom.org for more details about paper status.
